Custodian - Maintenance Request Form
| When you have a request such as repair, event set-up, cleaning or any other issue requiring Jim the custodian’s attention, you are asked to complete a card titled Custodian Request Form. These pink cards are located in the small black box on the counter inside the church office. Please complete the form and leave it on the Secretary’s desk. |
