Hints for Using the Web Calendar

Home - Return to Bower Hill Web Site
Today's events, This week's events, This month's events - Events shown in list format
This month's calendar - Events shown in calendar format
Print View - Instructions on printing using Internet Explorer print capabilities
Download Calendar Data - Allows creation of file to import into Outlook

Changing Month To View
Select Another Month Pulldown - Select month you wish to view
Previous Month / Next Month Arrows - Click on to scroll to desired month

Searching for Event
Search Field - Enter name of event, click on Search button

Filtering by Interest Groups
Interest Group Pulldown - Select the interest group. The events displayed will be limited to those associated with the group. Select All Interest Groups to see all events.

Event Information
Basic - The time, name and location of each event will be displayed.
Extended - Click on the event, a new window will be displayed. The right side displays any additional description of the event. The left side allows for inviting a friend to the event or sending yourself a reminder.
