Mission - Hunger Fall Festival 2007
A Fall Festival was held on Saturday, October 27th. The Festival began at 4pm with activities and dinner was served at 5pm. The festival was focused on promoting fellowship and outreach to the community. Members had the opportunity to support people internationally and locally by purchasing gifts from a Global Gift Fair, Alternative Gifts and the Presbyterian Coffee Project. Proceeds from the Chili Dinner and sale of empty bowls went to the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank. There were activities for the children. Dozens of members made bag lunchs for 125 people for the Washington City Mission.
